. The Day the Earth Stood Still es una reinvención contemporánea del clásico de ciencia ficción de 1951, la connotada científica Dra. Helen Benson (Jennifer Connelly) se encuentra cara a cara con un extraterrestre llamado Klaatu (Keanu Reeves), que viaja a través del universo para advertir de una inminente crisis mundial.
